Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
- Flat Rate: $5 for all deliveries.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking information may take 2–4 business days to update.
- For tracking issues beyond 7 business days, email us at hello@hippomart.sg with your order number.
International Shipping
- Logistics Partners: We ship globally via DHL, FedEx, SimplyPost, and others.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

- United States: 5–12 business days.
- Other countries: 12–20 business days.
- Customs delays and holiday seasons may affect delivery times. Use our shipping calculator at checkout for accurate estimates.
- We are not responsible for customs issues, carrier delays, or additional fees.
Delivery Policy
- Orders are usually consolidated into a single shipment for cost efficiency.
- Occasionally, items may ship separately at no extra charge.

Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in original packaging with the invoice. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Non-eligible returns include "Pre-Loved" items, used products, and damage from misuse or normal wear.
Steps to Return:
- Request a Return Form via hello@hippomart.sg.
- Send the item to:
1 Tuas South Avenue 6, #03-04, S(637021). - Processing takes 1–3 weeks.
Issues with Orders
- Wrong Item: Report within 1 day of delivery with order details and images.
- Missing Items: Report within 1 day with supporting information.
- Defective Items: Report within 3 days for exchanges/refunds.
Warranty
- Warranty periods vary and are specified on product pages. If valid, contact hello@hippomart.sg with order details and images.
- Unless stated otherwise, products are not covered by warranty.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Cancellations: Allowed only for orders not yet shipped.
- Modifications: Accepted within 12 hours of purchase before fulfillment.
