We ship our product to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
Once an order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 1-2 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 2-4 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or if the tracking status is "not available" within 3-5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at email@example.com with your order number. For a more accurate estimate of your shipping lead time, you may see the delivery lead times offered by the different courier companies.
International Orders (Outside Singapore)
The processing time for international orders is 1-2 business days. Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 5-12 business days for the United States and 12-20 business days internationally. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season. For a more accurate estimation of your international shipping lead time, kindly use the shipping calculator during checkout.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or backend charges incurred.
Generally, our shipping rates are calculated based on our shipping table below.

Delivery Duration & Policy
To help you save on delivery charges, HippoMart.SG will usually consolidate your items in one single order and deliver them together. When estimating delivery duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order. Occasionally, HippoMart.SG may deliver your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.
In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement.
Return your order in its original packaging within 7 days, together with your HippoMart.SG invoice for either an exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the card that payment was made with. Return requests must be done by the same person that made the order.
Our 7-day return policy does not apply to incorrect self-assembly, "Pre-Loved" products, used products, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and products damaged after receipt of delivery.
Simply write-in to firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Form that you need to fill in, and send the items down together to our warehouse located at 1 Tuas South Avenue 6, #03-04 S(637021). Upon receipt, our Returns Department will process the item and get in touch with you within 1-3 weeks. Only items that are received in their original condition will be processed.

Missing Items in Delivery:

Modifications on Orders
Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 12 hours of purchases and before orders are fulfilled. Changes requested after 12 hours of purchase will not be entertained.
