Usage & care: Wash knife with dishwashing liquid before use. Always dry blade thoroughly after washing. Do not use scrub brushes or abrasive cleansers.

How to sharpen the knife: Sharpening on a whetstone. First, dampen the whetstone. Then, sharpen by rubbing on the flat surfaces of the whetstone.
