Delivery

HippoMart.SG only delivers to Singapore street address. If you wish to ship any items on HippoMart.SG to other country, please write to us via email to hello@hippomart.sg
We ship your orders via our friendly courier partner, NinjaVan. We are expanding our courier network to serve you better. Bulky items will be delivered by our own fleet however that will be based on special request and qualifying requirements.


Delivery Rates

Enjoy free shipping on all orders above $80. Normal shipping rates apply for orders that falls below $80. 

 

Generally, our shipping rates are calculated based on our shipping table below.

  • Orders less than $80 SGD: $4.99 SGD
  • Orders above $80 SGD: FREE SHIPPING!
  • Please note that shipping rates are calculated on the order amount after any discount coupon used.


Delivery Duration & Policy

Delivery Policy: To help you save on delivery charges, HippoMart.SG will usually consolidate your items in one single order and deliver them together. When estimating delivery duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order. Occasionally, HippoMart.SG may deliver your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.

In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement. 


Returns

Return your order in its original packaging within 7 days, together with your HippoMart.SG invoice for either an exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the card that payment was made with. Return requests must be done by the same person that made the order.

Our 7 day return policy does not apply to incorrect self-assembly, "Pre-Loved" products, used products, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and products damaged after receipt of delivery.

Simply write in to us at hello@hippomart.sg for a Return Form that you need to fill in, and send the items down together to our warehouse located at: 1 Tuas South Avenue 6, #03-04 S(637021). Upon receipt our Returns Department will process the item and get in touch with you within 1 - 3 weeks. Only items that are received in their original condition will be processed.


Wrong Delivery:

Please write in to us at hello@hippomart.sg within 1 day of receipt of item if you find any wrong items in your order for us to assist you with the necessary exchanges/refunds. Kindly indicate your order number, product name and attach relevant images as well in order to speed up the processing time.


Missing Items in Delivery:

Please write in to us at hello@hippomart.sg within 1 day of receipt of item if you find any missing items in your order for us to assist you with the necessary. Kindly indicate your order number, product name and attach relevant images as well in order to speed up the processing time.


Defective Items:

Please write in to us at hello@hippomart.sg within 3 days of receipt of item if you find any defects in your order for us to assist you with the necessary exchanges/refunds. Kindly indicate your order number, product name and attach relevant images as well in order to speed up the processing time.


Warranty:

The Warranty differs from product to product and you may find the warranty period indicated at the bottom of the Product Page as shown in the image here where applicable:

If the warranty is still valid, you may write in to us at hello@hippomart.sg for us to assist you with the necessary exchanges/refunds. Kindly indicate your order number, product name and attach relevant images as well in order to speed up the processing time.

Unless otherwise stated in the Product page, the product will not be covered by any warranty.


Cancellation Policy:

Only applicable for orders not yet shipped. If your order has been shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy.

To cancel your order, simply write in to us at hello@hippomart.sg with your order number for us to assist you with the necessary exchanges/refunds.
