Delivery & Returns

Delivery:
HippoMart will ship to major destinations around the world. We ship worldwide orders via our network of logistic partners including DHL, TNT and FedEx. For Singapore orders, we delivery via our courier partners including NinjaVan, SimplyPost and SF Express.  You have the option to choose your desired shipping method before you make payment. Our system will show you the most value-for-money shipping option first.
Bulky items will be delivered by our own fleet however that will be based on the special request and qualifying requirements.

Delivery Rates:
Enjoy free shipping on all orders above $80. Normal shipping rates apply for orders that fall below $80. 

Generally, our shipping rates are calculated based on our shipping table below.

  • Orders less than S$80: S$4.99
  • Orders above S$80: FREE SHIPPING!
  • Please note that shipping rates are calculated on the order amount after any discount coupon used.

Delivery Duration & Policy:
We value customer satisfaction as much as value for customers. We do our best to help customers save on delivery charges and the most direct way to do it is by consolidating your items in a single order before delivering to you. It is usual practice to take the longest Estimated Arrival to gauge the delivery lead time for your order. However, HippoMart.SG may sometimes deliver your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will not be charged any extra delivery fee.

In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team (hello@hippomart.sg) within seven days and they will send a replacement. 

Returns:
Return your order in its original packaging within 7 days, together with your HippoMart.SG invoice for either a credit or a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the card that payment was made with. Return requests must be done by the same person that made the order. 

Our 7 days return policy does not apply to incorrect self-assembly, "Pre-Loved" products, used products, damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and products damaged after receipt of delivery. Our returns department will assess these request on a case by case basis and will communicate with you via the most appropriate channel.

Once your return has been approved, kindly drop them off at our warehouse located at 43 Tuas View Place or have your product sent over to us. Upon receipt, our Returns Department will process the item and get in touch with you within 2 - 3 weeks. Only items that are received in their original condition will be processed and refunded. Note: Items that are used or damaged will not be eligible for return hence please do not make your way down to our office and drop off your return without informing us. 

Exchange Policy:
In the case that you needed an exchange of items, please write in and we will qualify on a case by case basis. Upon approval of your exchange request, we will get in touch with you on the next step to move forward. This process will take up to 3 weeks due to the nature of qualifying exchanges and communication transition.


Wrong Delivery:
Please write to us at hello@hippomart.sg within 1 day of receipt of item if you find any wrong items in your order for us to assist you with the necessary exchanges/refunds. Kindly indicate your order number, product name and attach relevant images as well in order to speed up the processing time.
